Return & Exchange Policy

At the Time of Delivery

  • Exchange or Return requests can be made during delivery.

  • Products must be unused and returned with original packaging and tags.

  • Exchanges or Return at the time of delivery will be processed only with Return delivery payment is completed and in the presence of the delivery agent.

Exchange Policy

After Delivery

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Products must be Exchanged with the new parcel at the time of delivery.

  • Products must be unused and returned with original packaging and tags.

  • Exchange Delivery Charges are applicable as per shipping policy.

Exchange Processing Time: 3–7 working days.

❌ Non-Eligible Conditions

Exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Used, damaged, or altered products

  • Requests made beyond the allowed timeframe

  • Exchange sent without prior communication
